Celebrity Real Estate Wrap: Jennifer Lopez, Leonardo DeCaprio, Christina Aguilera, Paul Haggis, More


Singer Jennifer Lopez and husband/singer Marc Anthony have listed their Bel-Air home for $8.5 million. Via the listing: "French Farmhouse Estate. Stunning, published, walled and gated villa on 3/4 acre in old Bel Air. Incredible quality and imported materials. An authentic European ambiance rarely seen." Actor Leonardo DeCaprio, who owns numerous properties in Malibu, has listed a two-bedroom home on the Encinal Bluffs for $8.999 million. He purchased the home in January 2007 for $6.35 million. And here's the listing: "Distinctive contemporary on the bluffs above the ocean complete with new stairway to the cove below. The interior is a collection of elegant open spaces looking out to the beautiful gardens and your hot tub tucked away on the ocean front." [Real Estalker]

Singer Christina Aguilera can't sell her Devlin Drive home: After listing it in April 2008 for $7.995 million, she's chopped the Steve Hermann-designed residence to $6.995 million.

Paul Haggis, director of "Crash," "Quantum of Solace," and "Million Dollar Baby" paid $2.365 million for a three-bedroom home on a tree-lined Santa Monica street.

A Mediterranean-style home near West Hollywood that was once owned by designer Bob Mackie is on the market for $2.5 million. It was purchased by a real estate agent who upgraded the home. More via the LA Times: "There are three bedrooms -- all with decks -- and 2 1/2 bathrooms in 3,952 square feet; some of Mackie's furniture is included in the sale. Retired NBA player Mark Jackson has listed his Calabasas home for $4.995 million less than 18 months after purchasing it for $4.7 million.
