Lopez expecting twins'

Los Angeles: Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez is expecting twins - a boy and a girl says 'Intouch.hollywood.com' quoted an insider as saying, "J. Lo and Marc are ecstatic, they could not be happier."
Lopez, who is due in spring, and her husband singer Marc Anthony had denied rumours that she was pregnant for weeks. They declared she was pregnant on the last date of her recent concert tour.

Earlier, one of Jennifer's friends is quoted by various internet sites as saying: "She was worried that something bad could happen. She's petrified that something could go wrong with her pregnancy. The hospital visit really shook her up. If she lost the baby, her life would be shattered." Jennifer, who has been touring North America with Marc, has been ordered to rest by doctors over fears strenuous activity could put her unborn child in danger.

The 38-year-old singer's mother Guadalupe is said to have been begging Jennifer to slow down for months. A source said: "Her mother is constantly on the phone, telling her to calm down. Guadalupe's very no-nonsense and she's told Jennifer that she needs to take some time out of the limelight to enjoy her pregnancy and her baby when he or she arrives."

Last week, the Latino star ended weeks of speculation by telling fans at her Miami concert she was pregnant. She said: "Marc and I are expecting!" arc, who has three children from two previous relationships, then tenderly kissed her expanding stomach. Reports of Jennifer's pregnancy first surfaced in September and she is thought to be due to give birth in the spring.

Jennifer Lopez Finally Confirms Pregnancy During Miami Concert

Jennifer Lopez Finally Confirms Pregnancy During Miami Concert
The second-worst-kept baby bump in music has finally been confirmed. Just a week after Christina Aguilera spilled the beans on her long-rumored pregnancy, Jennifer Lopez 'fessed up to her own impending motherhood, breaking the obvious news that she and husband Marc Anthony are expecting their first child together. The announcement came during a gig at Miami's American Airlines Arena Wednesday night, according to The Associated Press, in the middle of the final show on the couple's joint U.S. tour.

"We didn't want to say anything before because we didn't want to take away from the tour, but Marc and I are expecting," Lopez, 38, told the crowd on the last night of a sold-out three-night stand.

Lopez did not say when she is due, but speculation has been stirring for months about her growing belly. Last month, designer Robert Cavalli seemingly inadvertently confirmed the pregnancy when asked a question by People magazine about the types of clothing he designs for celebrities. "Well, Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby," he said. "It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger."

While fans probably weren't shocked about the announcement, it seemed to catch Anthony, 39, a bit off-guard, according to reports. After Lopez broke the news, she turned to her husband of three years and said, "I hope you don't mind."

Anthony shrugged his shoulders, caressed Lopez's belly and leaned over to kiss it, saying, "No, I don't mind at all. ... I didn't know she was going to talk."

One concertgoer told People that "the whole arena went insane" when she broke the news. Lopez thanked the crowd for their support, added, "We are happy too," then turned sideways to show off her new profile.

"This is a special time in our lives," Lopez said from the stage, People reported. "And we waited until the last show to tell you." Now, she added, the couple will "go away for a while."

JLo confirms she's pregnant

London: After weeks of remaining mum, Jennifer Lopez has finally admitted that she is pregnant with her first child.

During a performance in Miami, the singer told the crowd that she and her hubby Marc Anthony were expecting their first child together.
"Marc and I are expecting," the Daily Mail quoted her, as saying. Hubby Marc then proceeded to lay a kiss on JLo's belly.
"I didn't know she was going to talk," he told the crowd. JLo had kept quiet on her pregnancy even though pal and designer Roberto Cavalli confirmed the news recently.
Cavalli noted that it was getting increasingly difficult to dress the singer as her body was changing each week.
"Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby," he said.
"It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger."
The singer is thought to be four months pregnant. This will be her first baby but Anthony has enough of experience changing diapers.
He already has two sons by former wife Dayannara Torres, and a daughter with ex-girlfriend Debbie Rosado.
