Jennifer Lopez's Big Surprise For Her Littlest Fans!

Despite being a superstar, wife and mother of twins, JENNIFER LOPEZ happily took time out of her busy schedule to surprise some of her biggest fans on Tuesday.

ET confirms a group of 10 and 11-year-old kids from a Staten Island, New York elementary school for autistic children loved her song "Let's Get Loud" so much that they learned all the lyrics and dance moves from the video and even decided to write J.Lo -- simply expecting maybe a picture or autograph in return.

But to their surprise, Lopez attended their graduation where they performed her songs for her!

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony: Out In NYC

Looking the oh-so-swanky couple, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were spotted out in New York City over the Father’s Day weekend - leaving a private function arm-in-arm. Lopez recently returned to the Big Apple following a short trip to the nation’s capital this past week, during which she met with senators about healthcare and education issues. While there were reports that Lopez was actually there to meet Barack Obama’s staff, a representative the 38-year-old South Bronx native denied these claims.

“Tuesday afternoon, Ms. Lopez was on (Capitol) Hill with her sister to meet with staff members of several senators to discuss issues she is interested in, such as healthcare and education,” her rep told People. “She did visit Obama’s office, but the senator was not there. She did not meet him, but did discuss healthcare with members of his staff.
“She just came in for the meeting and departed,” Obama’s spokesman confirmed. “It was not campaign-related.”

'Fall' gorgeous but convoluted

Imagine "The Bucket List" if it were really shot in all those exotic locales the geezers supposedly visited. Now, imagine "The Bucket List" with a terribly told story. Put them both together and you've got "The Fall," a gorgeous piece of globe-trotting adventure with the imaginative discipline of a bacterium. Based on an obscure Bulgarian movie, this is the second film directed by music video (R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion") and commercials wiz Tarsem Singh. His first was theJennifer Lopez whatsit "The Cell," which was pretty good-looking and surrealistically inane, too.

The director tops himself in both categories here.
Marvelous backgrounds — remote mountains, dense rain forests, windblown deserts, pyramids, ancient cities — were filmed in 18 countries over four years. Production design and cinematography are appropriately lush, in a spare-no-expense magazine-shoot kind of way. Eiko Ishioka's costumes deserve special mention for their witty, otherworldly and sensuously tactile qualities. They're the most inspired, original things in the movie.

The story had potential, although the real part of it boils down to the old "Wizard of Oz" trick, in which aspects of people's lives manifest in a wild, symbolic and — hopefully — enlightening fiction.

Cell 2 hitting stores this October

A sequel to – that god-awful Jennifer Lopez flick from a few years back – “The Cell” (2000) is due on shelves October 14, says Shock Til You Drop. Tim Iacofano’s “The Cell 2” – the brain-storming session over a title was a great success! – will star Frank Whaley (the villain from “Vacancy”, the kid trapped in the department store with Jennifer Connelly in “Career Opportunities”) and Tessie Santiago (but you know that, we reported it in December). What you might not have heard is the film’s synopsis :

The Cusp is a serial killer who kills his victims and then brings them back to life...over and over again until they beg to die. Maya is a psychic investigator who gained her powers after a 1 year coma after she was the Cusp's first victim. Now the Cusp Killer is back and Maya has little time to do what she has never done before: Go into the mind of a killer unprotected, and save his latest victim.

JENNIFER LOPEZ - LOPEZ' AUNT DIES FROM OVARIAN CANCER

LATEST: Singer JENNIFER LOPEZ is mourning the death of her beloved aunt MYRZA RODRIGUEZ, who lost her battle with ovarian cancer earlier this month (May08). Rodriguez, the 65-year-old sister of Lopez's mother Guadalupe - underwent six weeks of treatment in September 2005 in Germany's Leonardis Klinik in Bad Heilbrunn, the same facility where Farrah Fawcett and Roy Horn have been treated.

The disease went into temporary remission, but Rodriguez learned her cancer had returned last year (07) and chemotherapy treatments failed to slow its progress.

A source tells The National Enquirer, "Jennifer had been preparing for this, but when the time finally came, she was heartbroken and devastated and turned to (husband) Marc (Anthony) for support."

Affleck Hated J.Lo Video

Hollywood actor Ben Affleck regrets starring in ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez's music video - because it nearly ruined his career. Affleck, 35, began dating the Latina singer in 2002 and later that year, he made a cameo in her music video Jenny From The Block. In the promo, the actor can be seen rubbing sun tan lotion onto Lopez's bottom. In the following years, the couple's high-profile romance proceeded to cross over from the tabloids onto the big screen, culminating in the 2003 box office flop Gigli.

And the Pearl Harbor star is now convinced bringing his personal life into the spotlight was damaging to his career
He says, "If I have a big regret, it was doing the music video. But that happened years ago. I've moved on." But Affleck insists he isn't blaming Lopez for his career nosedive: "It not only makes me look like a petulant fool (to blame Lopez), but it surely qualifies as ungentlemanly. For the record, did she hurt my career? No." The pair became engaged in 2002 but called off their relationship in 2003.
